Identify, create and test concepts and user experiences;
Create and take part on interviews and tests with stakeholders and users;
Research and benchmarking;
Analyze qualitative and quantitive data;
Autonomy in the usage of UX methodologies;
Work closely with Service Design and UI teams.

Strong visual and creative culture;
Experienced in the methodologies and main UX tools;
Basic grasp of Design Thinking;
Strong knowledge on usability, accessibility and user navigation;
Experience in supporting tasks such as workflows, wireframes and interactive prototypes;
Strong market analysis skills;
Experience in analyzing qualitative and quantitive data;
Ability to create and develop personas, journeys and user stories;
Basic knowledge of visual design tools;
Good communication skills - reading and writing in both Portuguese and English.
